The chalet feels cozy, spotless, and ready for guests, with the owners always reachable via WhatsApp to suggest local activities—handy in a small town. The place is quiet, surrounded by birds and a waterfall, and the shared kitchen is excellent, stocked with basics. We didn't use the pool because it was cold, but it should be great in summer. Inside the chalet, there's a sink, kettle, microwave, and mini‑fridge, which is a bonus. I highly recommend it. However, if you want to head to Lumiar’s center, it’s a bit far since the chalet is in the Cascata district; getting to Lumiar and São Pedro da Serra requires climbing the mountain, taking about 40‑50 minutes of travel.
