The location is perfect if you need to sleep close to the airport, and they offer transportation from the airport. The staff are friendly and helpful, and communication with the host is very good. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bed was hard.

I want to warn about the owner, who, when converting the price of the stay from USD to Uzbek sums, illegally added a 2‑3 USD commission, even after I pointed out that he was inflating the exchange rate. Later he became aggressive. Such situations should never occur in accommodations managed by Booking.

I liked the location. The hotel is 5 minutes by taxi from the airport. The administrator was a sociable man. I was not satisfied with the cleanliness, as there was a pastel smell of stale air, the carpets were dirty, and the floors were dirty.

Everything was good: very close to the airport, great location, very clean, the host was very kind, and the rooms were comfortable. I highly recommend.

I used the place from 14:00 to 20:00 while transiting between domestic and international flights. A quick nap and a shower refreshed me, and I left feeling ready to go, so booking here was a smart choice. Afterward I headed to a nearby local restaurant for some last Uzbek dishes, then relaxed with a hot chai in the courtyard. The owner couple’s hospitality and conversation left a strong impression.
