It was amazing! The staff were lovely, there was free wine, champagne, and ice cream in the 24/7 lobby. The location in the heart of Shibuya was great but not noisy. I was pleasantly surprised!

Free ice cream, a kettle and microwave in the room were nice, but the rooms felt a bit small.

The hotel is centrally located on a smaller side street in Shibuya, so a little quieter. It’s clean and the room is reasonably sized for Tokyo. About 10 minutes walk from the train. This is the second time we have stayed here and we love it. It’s a love hotel but it’s actually very nice! Close to good food and a convenience store across the street. The area feels very safe even at night despite the nearby strip club. Nothing to complain about. There are some strip clubs nearby, which wasn’t a problem for us but some people might not like that.
