Residence Inn by Marriott Phoenix West/Avondale

“Loved size of room. staff was welcoming”

I appreciated the hotel's excellent location, spacious suite, and friendly staff, but had some issues with my room, including a lingering cooking smell, an unclean bathroom floor, and concerns about overall cleanliness.

The hotel's proximity to the event we attended was a definite plus, but our stay was marred by a room with a strong foul odor, excessive noise from the freeway, and thin walls that let in hallway conversations.

“The place is nice, just wish it was better sound proofed”

I generally liked the hotel, particularly the size of the room and its amenities, but the loud noise from the road was a significant disturbance that disrupted my rest.
