The location is perfect, just a 5‑minute walk from Shibuya Station, and despite the proximity to the busy centre the hotel sits in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood that we really enjoyed. As expected in Japan, the room is on the smaller side; our two large suitcases didn’t fit under the bed, and the bed itself was a bit smaller than we’re used to, but surprisingly comfortable and we slept very well. The bathroom was fine and had everything needed, especially the Japanese toilet and the ReFa hair products and hairdryer—a nice touch. Daikanyama is a short walk away, one of our favourite areas in Tokyo, with many charming shops, cafés and restaurants. Overall, this is the perfect hotel for a Tokyo stay: great location, quiet neighbourhood, and all the comforts required.
