The spot is superb, just minutes from the airport and close to cafés and restaurants, and the bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable. However, I found hair in the bathtub right after checking in, and when I politely asked the cleaner to address it, she claimed it was just paint 😆 I also used the spa, which could use extra cleaning. Breakfast items weren’t restocked (glass for juice, bread, etc.), so it felt like an early‑bird situation.

The staff were super, very friendly and welcoming! The value for money compared to other places is unbeatable. The sauna wasn’t working, which was a shame.

The room was spacious, room service was good, breakfast was average but the staff were great. The reception staff were very rude, and the room was next to something very noisy at night, so I couldn’t rest properly.

Everything was perfect, and Abdul and Murad provided great service that made the stay much better. There was nothing to note otherwise.

The location was good, close to restaurants and there was a free airport shuttle. The facilities were very basic; the shower water was only tepid at best, the bedroom windows didn’t close which let in a lot of mosquitoes, and there was a power cut for over an hour, with no generator on site.
