“After the initial check in, everything was great.”

Cleanliness. Bed was comfortable and loved the pillows. Breakfast was ok. The only thing that i was not happy about was how i was greeted by the lady at the front desk. She acted like she did not want to be there. No smile and I could hardly understand what she was saying. I was asking where I should park and she just said in the parking lot. Of course I knew that. I was wondering if there was a specific park9ng or just park anywhere. Then my daughter and I was looking for the elevators and was walking the wrong way. Then turned around and walked the other way and found the elevator. She did not help us at all. It would have been nice if she would have directed us in the right direction. Not a very good welcome. No thank you or have a good evening, etc

“It served my purpose for a shortly stay.”

The free breakfast turned out better than I’d expected; usually free breakfasts are underwhelming, but this one was a tax better. I was generally satisfied with the cleanliness, but the shower wasn’t fully clean—there was a ring and hair on the floor and wall. Also, there were no restaurants nearby.

“All went well but the horrible bed bugs that my wife dealt with”

We encountered bed bugs on Saturday night and Friday night, which severely affected our trip; we had to request new bedding, separate all our belongings, and buy medicine for the skin irritation and swelling. The bed bugs were in room 422.
