We were greeted warmly from the airport and whisked away in a very luxurious transfer to the hotel; Murat Bey, in particular, was extremely friendly and helpful, and the rest of the staff were similarly courteous. Because we needed a wheelchair, we were moved to a larger room. The location is perfect—just a few minutes to the city centre and a taxi rank right around the corner. Great! On the downside, some front‑desk staff were unprofessional and the breakfast was always the same.

The spot was spot on for what we needed, the beds were comfy, rooms clean and roomy. The restaurant offered plenty of choices at reasonable prices, and the staff went out of their way to help. The only gripe was that the breakfast could use a bit more variety; a toaster would take it to the next level.
