The location was strategic for walking around the city without a car, the rooms were clean, fragrant, and fully equipped, the bathroom was spacious, and breakfast was generous both at the buffet and à la carte, a real surprise.

The hotel was generally quiet and well‑located, but smoking was prohibited while people were smoking in the pool area, and from 7:30 am towels were placed on the loungers even though no one was using them, and no one came all morning.

The breakfast was great and the pool very beautiful, but unfortunately my ground‑floor room was next to a smoking zone, which made it impossible to enjoy the terrace because of the smoke; I informed the staff, and for non‑smokers I’d advise checking before booking, even though the obvious solution would be to place smoking areas away from the rooms.

We received an upgrade to a larger room, which was great, and the restaurant and reception staff were very friendly; the location is quiet yet central. However, there is almost no greenery or shade around the pool, and the balconies lack umbrellas or shade, so we couldn’t use the loungers; the food was mediocre, showing the chef isn’t cooking with care; one morning my omelette arrived completely dry, the same happened with the fried eggs; in the evening the salmon dish was missing sauce, my partner received the wrong sides, and the meat was overcooked—really disappointing, especially since the staff were friendly and helpful.
