The B&B is very neat, the room and bathroom are spacious, the kitchen is super tidy, the bedroom has a balcony that can be fully darkened with blinds, and parking is available at the B&B; the breakfast is very simple and is prepared the evening before for guests, not a fresh breakfast with omelets.

The building is new, clean and tastefully furnished. It sits in a strategic spot, close to Gualdo Tadino’s centre yet still a great launchpad for exploring the surrounding scenery. In ten minutes you reach Valsorda (1100 m) where you can hike in the high mountains and enjoy a beautiful view. Emanuela is friendly and very welcoming, always ready to help if needed.

The owner is very kind and hospitable. For business travellers it isn’t suitable; instead of a desk there’s a dresser in the room, which I understand might help on a holiday but wasn’t useful for me. The breakfast is not worth considering.

The owner is extremely kind, and I appreciate the cakes. Air‑conditioning is only in common areas, but when it’s 40 °C outside it should be in the rooms too. I apologize in advance, but I ended up sleeping on the lounge sofa. In such a well‑kept place, those synthetic fabric cushions that look like balloons just don’t fit.
