“Brilliant place to stay.”
The staff’s knowledge and service were excellent, no issues.
Everything was relaxing and the staff were great, nothing to complain about.

Room was excellent, comfortable spacious and clean. There was an issue with the lift which was frustrating for the guests

The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, with no trouble at all. Breakfast was excellent, rooms were spotless and fully equipped, and the hotel’s presentation and modern feel were impressive. I’ll definitely return.

Finding the room was a hassle; the lift was unreliable, taking me 10 minutes to reach the second floor and opening and closing about five times. My ill husband had to climb the stairs with a case because the lift wouldn’t accommodate him—he’s not overweight. Once we located the room, we had to go up and down the stairs again. The room itself was on a slight incline, making it dangerous to use the bathroom at night; I almost hit the dressing table and a small table by the window, which revealed the tilt. The TV was awkwardly mounted on the wall beside the bed, and the space was so tight that my husband nearly hit his head when getting up. Breakfast was another surprise: a dog sat on a man’s lap while eating, which felt out of place even though the hotel is dog‑friendly.
