Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a disappointing experience. Upon arrival, the staff member at the front desk refused to let me check in, claiming that my name was not on the system. I was left with no choice but to demand compensation for the inconvenience.

While I had high hopes for my stay, I was let down by the lack of attention to cleanliness. The rooms had a strong lingering smell of cigarette smoke, which was really unpleasant. A bit more effort in maintaining a clean environment would have made a big difference.

My stay at this hotel was a nightmare from start to finish. The water in the shower was cold, and the room was poorly lit with only a dim light. The room was not cleaned, with hair on the bed and a dirty bathroom. The hotel reeked of cigarette smoke, and the noise from the neighboring room was unbearable, with people banging on the door until 2 am. To top it all off, the hotel was not worth the money I paid, and the lack of cleanliness was the worst part of my experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, enjoying its very central location with easy access to Capacity Carousel AVM, Ataköy marina, and Marmara. The friendly and helpful staff made my experience even better. The clean and tidy rooms, combined with a great price-performance ratio, made it feel like a second home in Bakırköy.
