The room was large and comfortable with a balcony. The staff were very helpful, and the hotel is a 10‑minute walk from the city centre. I paid for parking and would recommend booking it in advance.

The staff were helpful and nice, the room was very nice and well equipped. The old city centre is very close, and the location is quiet and good. Breakfast was good. All in all, a very good place to stay.

The personnel were very friendly, breakfast was good, and it’s close to the centre (Piata Mare Sibiu). Parking can be arranged by reservation but it must be paid; it would have been better if it were free. In the bathroom there is a strong sewage smell. I saw this in other reviews and it’s not a one‑off. The scent quickly enters the room if the door is left open. It’s a pity; I don’t know if it’s just the hotel, but it needs to be resolved.

A charming place with exceptional service, a varied breakfast, a practical and ventilated room, paid secure parking (20 L per day) next to the hotel, and very close to the old town—about an 8‑minute walk. We had to climb about 20 stairs to reach our room because there were no rooms on the ground floor.
