The front desk lady was enthusiastic and attentive, preparing a take‑away nutritious meal for our day tour when we couldn't have breakfast; the location is great and the subway is super convenient, but the Wi‑Fi is poor and there’s nowhere to hang clothes.

Excellent location near the center with no extra noise, and parking was hassle‑free; the room was clean, the linen was fresh, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and odorless. Breakfast was simple but sufficient to start the day.

The hotel is easy to find and conveniently located; its interior is pleasant and the staff are courteous and tactful. All essential infrastructure (subway, shops, pharmacies) is within walking distance. In the room there’s a detailed guide for guests that helps them learn about the hotel’s services, which is a big plus from a customer‑oriented perspective. However, although I booked a room with one double bed, the staff gave me a room with two separate beds and claimed that this was the room I had booked, which is not true. After showing the booking details to the staff, it turned out that the rooms that matched my request were already fully occupied, so they offered an alternative. Because of this, the reservation does not guarantee that a guest will receive the room with the requested conditions. The room had no hot water, and even cold water was unavailable, so taking a shower was impossible.
