Fantastic view out room of the water. Soft beds and excellent breakfast. When communicating with the hotel before the trip, I was asking about getting to the Russian border. It would have been helpful if we had been informed about the city bus instead of just the taxi

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed too much hassle and they were very accommodating when we wanted to upgrade to a room with a view. The room could have been a little more cosy, but it was very clean and a good size
