The most beautiful place we've ever stayed at. The photos and reviews don't do it justice—it's indescribable. The location, the view, the pools, the restaurant (finally great wine 😉), and the staff are all flawless. We had a villa with a private pool, much larger than the pictures suggested. The view from our villa and everywhere else was amazing. We will definitely return! Nothing but peace and enjoyment there.

A truly special spot, with an outdoor gym, pools, and a natural jacuzzi—like heaven, offering activities in any weather. For improvement: the meal options are limited and priced extremely high, at least three times more than expected.

The environment is magnificent, and the pool is great. The pool water is cold, and the restaurant menu could be more visually appealing, even though the food is very good.

We really enjoyed our stay at Panviman, especially the restaurant. The menu was varied and reasonably priced, featuring excellent Thai and Western dishes. We were grateful for the maître d', Chai Porn, the Food and Beverages manager, who was very attentive to our daughter’s gluten‑free needs as she is coeliac. Big thanks, Chai! The pool was lovely, and it was fun being transported around the property in the Panviman buggies—the hills are impressive. All the staff on the estate were friendly and helpful, and Panviman’s location in the Mae Rim mountains is something you shouldn’t miss. The whole family had wonderful massages at the spa, though they were a bit pricey.

The hotel grounds are amazing, up in the mountains with beautiful views from everywhere. The pool area was beautiful, and the spa is set in the middle of nature with its own pond. Service was slow and understaffed in many places, and the staff were not always friendly. We needed a car or buggy to get around, but the drivers were always punctual and friendly. The pool bar had no staff on duty, so if you needed something you had to order it from the phone at the bar. The location is an hour or more from Chiang Mai, so transportation can be inconvenient at times.
