“Poor food and service, dirty beach and unsafe pool”
The villa was very spacious. The food was poor and the service was very slow. Doesn’t know what two fried eggs mean, apparently they call it ice eggs. The beach was very dirty – they use AI images that make the beach look pristine. Room service was poor – left towels and toiletries on top of the breakfast bar. The buggy service is non‑existent – you’ll waste time waiting for one. Swimming pool tiles are coming off – you can cut your feet. The inflatable slides are unsafe!! I almost broke my back, came down and hit the bottom of the pool really hard. And I only weigh 70 kg. Health and safety is non‑existent. Ants all over the poolside beds making them unusable.
