The staff were uniformly friendly, efficient, and customer-focused, which added to the overall positive experience.
The hotel's proximity to the beach and city centre was also a major plus.
The hotel itself was beautifully designed with spacious and comfortable bedrooms.
The hotel's condition was impeccable, with a clean and well-maintained atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.

“Perfect hotel”
The building is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent.
“Loved our 2 nights here - book the Tower Room if you value private outside space”
The location is a perfect treat! The only downside is the lack of an adequate number of seats around the pool.
The hotel feels like a palace and a little jewel, located right next to the Alcazaba and the old town. The breakfast was superb. The pool is, as other guests have noted, extremely small.
“Beautiful hotel with great service”
The hotel is beautifully designed, the service is great, and the breakfast is delicious.
“Bello”
Everything from the room to all the areas and the location is very nice, and the breakfast is excellent. The roof pool is really miserable.
