“Good and dependable”

I loved the hotel's city centre location - it was so convenient for exploring. The staff were also friendly and helpful. However, I did note that parking might be a challenge during peak season as it's available underground but not always guaranteed.

I had a frustrating experience with the hotel's location and communication - my calls weren't answered, which made it difficult to address some issues. The hotel's location was also a problem for me. Overall, these aspects detracted from my stay.

My room was decent, and the facilities were up to par, but unfortunately, that was about it. The staff were unfriendly, and I was charged extra for things I didn't expect. To top it off, I had to request basic amenities like soap and toilet paper multiple times. The location was close to the bus stand, but overall, it wasn't the best spot. I ended up checking out after one night to find a better place.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fairly balanced experience. The positives included a pleasant and comfortable stay, with some notable good qualities that made my visit enjoyable. However, there were also some super disappointing aspects that detracted from my overall experience. Despite these drawbacks, I would still consider recommending this hotel to others.
