“The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Never again!”

We had no positives at all. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We booked two non‑smoking rooms, yet one had a strong cigarette smell and the other an unbearable body odor that made me feel ill. The shower was tiny and we kept bumping into the walls, and the water suddenly turned dangerously hot, causing my child to cry. There was no elevator, so hauling our luggage upstairs was exhausting. Even though we booked two rooms, we were first given only one key; the staff were whispering among themselves and only when we were about to return to reception did they hand us the second key, saying they’d forgotten it, which felt very suspicious. The free Wi‑Fi didn’t work because our details hadn’t been registered, so we had to go back to reception and wait another 15 minutes to get it fixed. For such an expensive hotel, the service and facilities were absolutely unacceptable—a complete waste of money. I would never stay here again.

The reception staff were welcoming, the gentleman with the locks was very friendly, and the lady was also nice 🙏😘😘👍👍.
