“I would never stay here again”

The rooms feel outdated for the price they charge, roaches are present, there’s a mildew and drug smell beyond marijuana, and prostitution and drug dealers seem to act as if they own the property; the housekeepers are rude, steal from guests, and lie about stolen items, while the junkies are the housekeepers. I disliked everything, especially since this hotel isn’t kid‑friendly.

“Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable—I wouldn’t let a dog stay here, and I will NEVER stay here again.”

I would never let a dog stay at this place! After a 12‑hour shift, all I wanted was to shower and rest, but instead I spent time going back and forth to the front desk because the rooms were absolutely disgusting. The first room was nasty: the floor was soaking wet, the bathroom was dirty, there was no microwave, the TV remote had no batteries, the wallpaper was falling off, and the carpet was ripped. I went back to the front desk and was moved to a second room, thinking it couldn’t get worse, but it did. The bed wasn’t made, there were no pillowcases, the pillows were dirty, the bathroom light didn’t work, I couldn’t find any visible wall outlets, the microwave was filthy, the bathtub was clogged with standing water, and there was a dead bug stuck to the wall. I had to go back again for another room. The third room was somewhat better than the first two, but there was literally feces on the toilet seat. Exhausted after 12 hours and dealing with rooms, I stayed only because I desperately needed a place to sleep. Moreover, many people were hanging around outside the hotel soliciting, making the environment even more uncomfortable. No paying guest should have to deal with dirty bedding, standing water, bugs, feces on a toilet, broken fixtures, ripped carpet, and rooms that clearly weren’t cleaned between guests. Changing rooms multiple times to find one barely tolerable is absolutely unacceptable. I would never stay here again, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Management seriously needs to address the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition of this property.

It was terrible: roaches everywhere, the bathroom was dirty, nothing worked, the sink could fall down any minute, it was a non‑smoking room but everything looked burnt and smoked, the door was broken, there were crackheads hanging around, and the customer service was bad. I didn’t expect this and will never come back to this trap; they need to shut it down.

The bed turned out to be actually comfortable, yet everything else was a nightmare: cockroaches, a mysteriously wet floor, no toilet paper or pillows in the room, outlets that didn't work, and walls so thin I could hear my neighbors partying until late. I will never return.
