“Santiago stay”

The location was great. The room was clean, and there was a heater if needed. The kitchen was good, with cooking facilities, a microwave, and a fridge‑freezer available. Breakfast was adequate, and a picnic bag was provided if you were leaving early. Communication was good, with remote access instructions that were accurate and easy to understand. I didn’t see any staff during my stay, but that wasn’t a problem. It’s easy to walk into the centre from the property, and there are many restaurants, cafés, and bars nearby. The wooden floors make it very noisy when people come in and out. I was on the ground floor by the front door, which probably made it feel worse. The last night of my stay was very noisy after 10 pm; I only mention it because guests are asked to respect the other residents and neighbours in this residential area, and it was incredibly loud that night.

I liked that my room was isolated from the rest, but I was only there for a few hours due to my itinerary, so I didn’t enjoy the place much. On the other hand, the room had everything needed: shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hair dryer (which I didn’t realize before, so I brought mine and it wasn’t necessary) so that they aren’t overloaded. What I really liked was the heating, because I arrived late and cold and could warm the room and sleep well.

La habitación estuvo muy cómoda en su totalidad y la disponibilidad de la cocina fue magnífica, un detalle estupendo fue el que nos dejarán las cosas para hacer café o te en todo el día. Todo estuvo estupendo, lo único que no me gustó casi fue el desayuno para llevar, muy simple para lo que dan normalmente de desayuno en las instalaciones

Everything feels incredibly cozy, almost like staying in my own home, and the staff are wonderfully friendly.
