We really liked this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds, making it truly relaxing. Everything needed was in the room: kettle, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes, cotton swabs, and even disposable razors—small touches that pleasantly surprised us. The receptionist was a very pleasant and attentive young man; when we accidentally broke a cup, he didn’t charge us, which was unexpectedly kind. The view from the window is beautiful, and a cool breeze enters the room at night. Sleeping was very comfortable. Another big plus is that the beach is just a couple of minutes’ walk away. We would gladly stay here again.

The hotel has a breezy balcony, is close to the sea, has ample parking, and is cool. Whenever I visit Phan Rang, I always choose this place because it suits my family.

The hotel is very well equipped and very clean—that’s all. None of the staff spoke a word of English. Even with Google Translate it was extremely difficult to communicate. The night porter showed no interest in answering our questions about nearby restaurants or bars; he just shrugged… (Restaurants or street kitchens are not within walking distance). The hotel is in an area with no culinary infrastructure. We managed to persuade the daytime porter to help us plan our onward travel. Bottom line: the hotel is modern and well equipped, but the staff are unwilling and unmotivated. The beach location is perfect, but there is no dining.
