The setting was beautiful, the staff were very friendly, and the food was good.

The continental breakfast was good, with homemade bread a nice touch. Plenty of cereals, jams and spreads to choose from. The room was a good size for us and the option of two single beds in another room is something we might take advantage of next time. The property was beautifully landscaped and quiet despite being close to the main road. The restaurant pizzas were very tasty.

The continental breakfast in the room was simple, but the coffees in the restaurant were excellent. The team at Summerfield were great. Pizzas and salads were perfect after a day of wine tasting. Clearly an important part of the community and whet the action is on a Saturday night. Great wines and with generous local insights from Mark Summerfield and the team. We all loved it. Lighting between the restaurant/winery and the accommodation needs to be considered, and also lights in front of each room.
