The location, cleanliness, breakfast, and very pleasant staff were all excellent.

“magique , féérique et très agréable”
The hotel is gorgeous and very clean, the staff are very pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast and dinner buffets are truly amazing—there is nothing to criticize, just a huge thank you for a great experience. I did, however, find the dinner buffet a bit pricey: 50 € per adult and 15 € per child, and the wait for dinner was very long, with a long line for the pizza restaurant, which is why we chose the buffet; there was no waiting time, which I understand given the cost. Unfortunately, my children didn’t see the mouse that had come to say hello at breakfast three years ago.
