The hotel was clean and comfortable. I booked for two days, but the hotel had no water and the city said to boil it before using. We checked out at 10:20 pm on the first day and they will only refund one day, not the two we paid for. The hotel could not provide the service we paid for and should refund both days. We only occupied the room for less than two hours.

The room was clean and the property was in good condition. Breakfast was a bit sparse, but entirely edible.

The staff were very nice, the property and the room were very clean, and the food was good. Apparently they had a flood or something; it smells like humidity and all the rooms on the third floor had the doors open and air purifiers running. Also I think it’s time to change the mattress and the pillows.
