The price was great and it was easy to reserve a room with many different payment options that other hotels don’t offer; I had no problems at all, so I can’t point out anything I didn’t like.

There were cockroaches on the floor and in the tub.

The staff were good people, but the place needed to be cleaner.

The front desk lady during the day was friendly, but the property forces guests to check out at 11 am and re‑check in at 3 pm, demanding an extra twenty dollars in cash for a continuous stay even though the room was booked through the online platform. That extra fee pushes the price up to a level where you could find a better hotel elsewhere, and the owners feel like scam thieves.

Everything about the service was awful.
