It’s near the Duomo and the breakfast is good. The lobby isn’t great, and the entrance to the hotel is modest.

The room was spacious, and the hotel is about an 18‑20 minute walk to Domou Square. They offered a car‑wash service, luggage transport, and bathroom supplies on request, and requested robes could be provided. The breakfast was mediocre for a 4‑star hotel, and ironing was only steam‑only on request. A kettle was also on request. When I went down to the bar, I was told that most of the reception staff were unfriendly and behaved poorly, especially towards guests over 50. Water bottles were supplied on request but not directly by housekeeping, and there were no Arabic TV stations.
