The staff were incredibly friendly, and I especially want to highlight the Egyptian chef who was unbelievably kind to the kids; Bilal and his family were also very present and helpful without being intrusive. Bilal offered all kinds of activities, including the hot‑air balloon ride over Wadi Rum, which was breathtakingly beautiful. The only downside was the chaotic end of the breakfast service, where some people seemed to be fighting for their plates—just a joke, really, and Bilal had nothing to do with it. Overall, nothing to complain about regarding the camp and its services.

The campsite was tucked under a mountain in the desert. The staff were friendly and organized a two‑day desert excursion that lasted four hours. It was very interesting! Bilal was an excellent photographer, taking photos with a good sense of place and position.

The Bilal brothers were very hospitable and accommodating. Check‑in and check‑out were a breeze. They offered many different activities to do, but also didn't give us any pressure. The bubble tent was very clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful, and we could enjoy the starry night sky and the sunrise from our tent. Free tea and water were available. Dinner (started at 7 PM) and breakfast (offered from 8‑9 AM) were very fresh and amazing, and it was interesting to watch them dig up the Bedouin‑style feast from the ground. Highly recommended!

“Amazing experience”

Bilal Camp in Wadi Rum was an incredible experience! The stunning views, warm hospitality, and delicious buffet with a variety of options made the stay unforgettable. Highly recommend! Nothing to complain about.
