The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Ms Esma Yeter at guest relations handled guest needs superbly and resolved any issues immediately. Parking is paid, and each time I move my car in and out, the meter recharges without a fixed 24‑hour rate.

The breakfast staff were fantastic, especially Ms Esma Yeter, who greeted everyone with a bright smile. The air‑conditioning system had issues in several rooms, and the parking fee is steep, with a recharge every time I take my car in and out.

“**Disappointing experience despite being a major hotel brand**”

The hotel itself is modern and well maintained, with a good room and overall property that matches a major international brand. Unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. I booked after searching for a 5‑star hotel in Istanbul, only to find it far from Istanbul Airport. I asked to cancel immediately, but the hotel refused, forcing me to travel there from the airport. I spent over €140 on taxis to and from the hotel, more than the stay itself, and felt compelled to stay because my cancellation request was denied. There was no proper welcome; the bell staff didn’t take my bags, nor did they help me with luggage the next morning. For a hotel of this size and reputation, I expected far better service. The building is nice, but the mishandling of my cancellation and the €140+ taxi cost made the experience extremely disappointing; compensation seems warranted.

Everything was nice and the room was clean and lovely, yet the location is unfortunately far from the market and restaurants.
