The host was very friendly and gave us bowls for the stay; the spot was perfect for visiting the 5 Terre, though the air‑conditioning was a bit loud at first but we adapted.

It was extremely noisy; we could hear the other guests in the neighboring room all the time, so we left a day early. The front‑desk staff tried hard, but the loud night conversations in the adjacent room made it impossible.

We had a truly excellent experience. Tiziana was incredibly kind from the moment we booked, always ready to help and give useful information. The hotel’s location is very convenient: about a 10‑minute walk from the station, perfect for catching trains and exploring the Cinque Terre. Tiziana also gave us valuable tips on how to plan our visits, explained in detail how to reach Portovenere by bus for a pleasant day trip, and suggested great restaurants for dinner. The room was perfect: clean, cozy, and well‑finished, with tea, coffee, and even some brioche that we really enjoyed. Everything was truly flawless, highly recommended!
