The location is right near downtown and easy to walk to. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a little noisy from traffic and neighbors, and the table outside the room was far too tall for the chairs.

The rooms were very comfortable, only three or four minutes on foot to the beach, excellent value, and I’d go back in a heartbeat. It was about a 34‑minute walk to the beach, but otherwise everything was fine.

The spot is great, though the room is on the smaller side but comes with a tiny fridge and a coffee pot. The towels were terrible—so old they were threadbare, and the bath towel was also quite small.
