This hotel's got some good things going - the price was right, the room was a good size, and it's in a great spot. However, the receptionist could work on her smile, the cleaning staff were super loud in the mornings, and my room needed a few things: hand soap, colder aircon, and to not smell like a dumpster. Oh, and I had to switch rooms.

The hotel was nice, don't get me wrong, and my room was big enough. That being said, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness - it wasn't up to par - and the shower was pretty hard on my skin.

Honestly, the place wasn't dirty, but that's about it. Everything else was a letdown and I'd say it's the worst part of Bali. Not exactly what I was hoping for.

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful, which was great. However, the walls were really thin and you could hear everything going on outside your room - not ideal. To make matters worse, there was a construction site right next door, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Overall, it was a bit of a mixed bag.

I was really happy with the room size, the price, and especially the staff - Miss Patni at reception was a star. No complaints here, just a solid stay.
