The hotel isn’t in the center, but it’s quiet at night and you could sleep with the window open. The staff were very welcoming, everything was clean, and the breakfast was superb. A long promenade nearby is great for walks and runs, and the metro station is just a minute’s walk away. The station is close to the city center. I would have liked an additional pillow option that’s smaller; the ones provided felt too large. Everything else was enjoyable.

Overall, the hotel is nice, the facilities are excellent, cleanliness is clear and distinctive, and the smart technology impressed me—it really makes a difference. The hotel is very good in terms of amenities, cleanliness, and technology, but improving the buffet and staff interactions would make the experience far better. The front desk staff are wonderful and very polished. The buffet is average in variety and quality and needs more development. The biggest downside for me is how some buffet staff treat guests; honestly, their cooperation and courtesy are below expectations, especially compared to other hotels of the same level. They need more training and a better approach to guest interaction, as that aspect really impacts the client experience.

Good. Recieption not friendly .they fix our air condition and phone after we arrive
