The staff were very helpful and courteous, the location convenient, and the price‑quality ratio good. However, there was mold in the bathroom, and the shared kitchen didn’t inspire us to stay there or cook.

We loved everything, especially the breathtaking view from the rooftop terrace—one of the most beautiful sights of Istanbul. The hotel is in an atmospheric, historic area, far from the city’s noise, making it a pleasant place to relax. Rooms are very clean and cozy, with everything working properly. Special thanks to the staff, especially Aziz, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and responsive; any request was fulfilled immediately, and we received help with everything. There’s even a laundry where you can wash clothes. We felt very comfortable. We can’t really point out any shortcomings; everything we needed was available, and whenever a question or request arose, the staff helped right away and found a solution. We left very satisfied with our stay.

The spot is great and the staff are attentive, but the place feels dirty and neglected; it’s a shame because it could be better with a bit more care.

Huge thanks to the manager Aziz for doing everything he could to sort out our issues and requests. I was disappointed that we were first offered a basement room and then had to move to another room later.

The location and price are solid, yet there are many small flaws—from a loose door handle that keeps falling off to a wall shelf that keeps detaching. The rusty table on the terrace could be repainted for a few dollars in ten minutes, and there are other minor things that could be fixed for about $100 to turn the place into a positive experience. No one seems to be monitoring it, which is really unfortunate.
