“Nothing, gross, disgusting, no one should stay here”
Nothing about the property was mentioned, but the location near the casino was perfect. I didn’t like anything at all. The pictures of the property and rooms are poorly advertised. The check‑in area is dusty, stained, and gross. The check‑in person was in a nightgown, no bra, and not helpful whatsoever. She had excuses for no WiFi, didn’t tell us where to go, and laughed when we were lost. The room had no phone, no WiFi, so you’re trapped if anything happens. Dust and webs everywhere, the refrigerator and dishwasher were beyond dirty and stank. The bedding and ironing were stained and nasty. The bed and headboard had many large nasty stains. No towels, soap, or toilet paper. Everything was rusted: screws, floorboards, windows, locks on the windows. Mold could be seen and smelled. It felt like an extended‑stay place because the people around our cottage and next to us made it unsafe and uncomfortable to be around. Doors looked like they were falling apart, windows didn’t really lock and were very foggy or old, not sure how to describe that. The TV was directly next to the bed, so you couldn’t watch it unless you stood; it never turned on so I didn’t know if it worked. The shower took forever to warm, never got hot, and was kind of warm. Where there should have been a couch or chair, there was a random odd twin bed. Overall absolutely disgusting; it was too late to find another place, so we hurried, got ready, and left super early. It would be a 0 rating and should be shut down.
