The location was great, the décor was beautiful, and the view from my room was fantastic for sightseeing. However, the air conditioning didn’t work properly, leaving the room stuffy with no windows to ventilate, and the price felt a bit steep.

The welcome, hospitality, and dining were excellent, but sometimes the staff on the upper floor were a bit noisy.

The room was gorgeous, the bathrobes were lovely, and the bed was very comfortable. Yet the cost was high—€500 for a single night without breakfast—and we had to pay €9 for biscuits, Toblerone, and Pringles in our room. We also waited over thirty minutes to check out because there was only one person at reception.

We were told we’d get an upgrade, but we didn’t see any change; the view was just of homeless people and toilets. The second room’s view was okay. The receptionist was unhelpful, and the only staff member who helped was the luggage porter.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was nice, the spa was great, and the location was convenient.
