“i feel like for 483 dollars the room should of been cleaned when i got there”

the area it was in. they never came to give us towels or wash clothes the fromt desk staff was very rude and the bed was so nasty we had to sleep on the couch

“Dead insects on windowsill upon arrival; daily housekeeping is *NOT* standard”

The bed was comfortable, the parking was adequate. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Check in was trouble-free. I like that there is a 24-hour gym. I also like that there is an indoor pool there (I always forget to bring my bathing suit! LOL). Upon arrival, there were two dead insect on the windowsill. I thought nothing of it other than it being a little gross. The next day, I opened the drapes and raised the screen on the window so that the cleaning staff would notice it. Unfortunately, the staff didn't attend to my room at all; no replacement towels, no bed making, no NOTHING. Granted, I was only there for two nights, but at $200/night, daily cleaning should be standard. The SECOND night, I noticed that there were even MORE insects on the interior screen that goes over the window. These were live, however. I had no interest in changing rooms since I was leaving the next day, but still. Also, the floor plan of the room is goofy. The commode is right next to the glass doors for the shower and I kept banging my elbows against the door when i was using it

The staff were very friendly and helpful 😀, and the breakfast was excellent 😋, though the internet was a little slow.

The room was clean and the staff accommodated an early check‑in, but there was no body wash in the shower and I had to ask for toilet paper.
