We were warmly welcomed, and the breakfast was freshly cooked and well worth the money.

“Excellent value for money with car parking and convenient access to city centre.”

The staff were super friendly and provided accurate information about the area and how to travel to and from the city centre, which was easy by bus (about 20 minutes). Car parking was available on site. The room was clean and met expectations, especially considering the competitive price of this guest house compared to others in the city.

“Late opening door. Booked ground floor didn’t get it. Filthy carpet and curtaind”

Nothing positive. The place was filthy. Everything was bad, and no receipt was given after we asked.
