Livo Executive Suite near Bexleyheath Train

The Airbnb itself is lovely, but unfortunately, our experience has been affected by the fact that family members are staying in the property. One of them was standing in our way throughout the morning, making us feel pressured to leave as soon as possible, even though our agreed checkout time had not yet arrived. We believe guests should be allowed to enjoy their stay comfortably and leave at the agreed time without feeling rushed or uncomfortable. I hope you will take this feedback seriously.

“This was ideal for a one night stay on the way back from Gatwick”

The location was good for us. The room was a nice big one with a kitchen area and a suite shower. It was clean and the toiletries were supplied; the shower was nice. The only towel supplied for two people was very old and thin with bleach stains. It would have been nice to have tea, coffee and milk, as there was a kettle, fridge and two cups. The sheets were clean but very crumpled.

None of it was satisfactory; the property and room did not resemble the photos on the website, the bed, bed linen, and towels were disgraceful, ripped and torn, the front door locking system needed overhauling, the property was very unkept, so do not book this property at any cost.

“It did the job”

It was close to a Chinese takeaway, other shops, parking, and the railway station, but the road was noisy.
