A very warm welcome!

The welcome was very good and they were very accommodating with a person who had two canes (I hadn’t mentioned it) and couldn’t use the stairs. They managed to change our room and move us to the RC! (they were full!) The location is great, next to the station, and parking is available in the courtyard. The only drawback was the lack of breakfast—just coffee was offered. That was noted and explained, so it’s ideal for enjoying the family‑friendly atmosphere of the nearby bars.

The location is spot‑on, the room was clean, roomy, and well equipped with a small kitchenette that had a coffee machine, kettle, and fridge. The bathroom had a washer, dryer, and even a bathroom scale—great for keeping track of pizza and pasta intake :) The staff were friendly and ready to help with anything.

We felt safe there; it was just steps from the station and close to most restaurants, shops, and other sights. We liked everything!
