“Awful”

We expected a budget option, not a five‑star experience, yet the room we booked was already occupied when we arrived! A long‑term guest kindly helped us by giving the contact number of the building manager to obtain a code for another room, but the manager didn’t provide the code, so the resident did instead. As a group of three young women, it was alarming that everyone there knew the code to our room. The room had no toilet, smelled bad, and was dirty, and again—EVERYONE KNEW THE CODE TO OUR ROOM! We left and didn’t stay that night because of the safety concern. Don’t waste your time or money.

I arrived to find immigrants occupying the room we had booked and the others in the party, the place looked run down with smashed glass and doors everywhere, and the landlord was nowhere to be found – definitely not worth it.

We stayed at the property because it was the only option, but it was filthy; when we called the agent he said we could pay extra for cleaner rooms but couldn't do anything else.

“Poor”

The location was close to the high street, but the beds were the worst ever – broken, so we had to put a mattress on the floor; it was cold with no heating and there was no cutlery.
