The location was good, but because we were on upper floors, hotel staff didn’t help us get in.

In general I liked the hotel. The location is very good. Room was clean. Good relationship of price and quality. Two moments that I want to mention here: 1. from the very beginning was not totally clear how to get in in the room as when we arrived to the address we noticed that there just closed door and no instructions.how to get in and after call only we were explained that we need to go to another hotel that was very to close to this one and we've got the key. 2. Only after we checked out and was on our way to home my small daughter said that when she stay at the room alone while I went out to the shop some guy just opened the door with his key card. When he saw her he just said sorry and closed the door. Who was it - we don't know. I definitely can say that the cleaning room was done in the morning earlier and we didn't expect that some one will try to go inside the room while I was out for a while. I was very concerned with this situation as the level of security looks like not in a good shape

“Muy mejorable las condiciones de limpieza.”

The spot was spot on, but when I got to my room the key card wouldn’t work, so I had to ring reception—other guests had the same issue. Inside, the bedside tables were filthy, there were hair in the sheets, and the hot water stopped after a while, only giving lukewarm water.
