Excellent customer service and room cleaning.
Clean, well equipped, comfortable bedding. Nothing else to note.
The mattresses were too soft.
“Not a good experience. Have already rebooked our return to the area to another hotel in the area.”
Not much. Room was small. Bathroom looked dirty. Insects in the room. Killed 3 large settle type bugs. Breakfast was not out even tho we were there well within the breakfast hours
Given the price we paid, the hotel's facilities were outstanding and offered excellent value for money, and the welcome we received was flawless.
