The Lodge at Jackson Hole

“Overall pretty good but expensive.”

The location was good, close to Jackson square, Teton, and an easy drive to Yellowstone park. A vegetarian option in the restaurant was available, even though limited. The hot tub air jets were not working, I had to repeatedly program room keys, and the room was high priced.

Excellent location, elegant rooms, very clean. Breakfast, in my opinion, needs to be reviewed. I would have preferred the reception to inform me and keep me updated about a fairly serious problem that happened during our stay.

nothing. Breakfast wasn’t available until 7am and there was no coffee either. Ridiculous. There were 15 people sitting in reception at 0655 waiting to get a cup of coffee. Check in time of 4pm…ordinarily one might expect to get into a room by 3pm, and while there is no obligation to make room available until official check in time, there wee again, about a dozen people waiting to check in at 3:45pm

“We had a warm and fulfilling stay and enjoyed the facility.”

Breakfast was very well done. The staff was helpful and very professional. The room was well maintained and very comfortable

The location, bar, and restaurant were spot on, but everything was pricey.
