Uniclass Hotel Pinheiros

“Excelente!”

Breakfast was modest, yet the cleaning crew and breakfast staff were attentive and always smiling, and the location was good. We had a mix‑up at check‑in when another person with the same first name but different surname was assigned to our room, so we had to wait for the issue to be resolved before moving in.

“Maravilhosa estadia”

Breakfast was good, with a different cake each day and overall high food quality; the hotel’s facilities were solid, staff were polite throughout, helped us navigate the property, and room service was excellent. The only annoyance was the small bathroom, the bread we ordered was a bit dry, and the minibar made some annoying noises at night, but otherwise the place is great and offers excellent value.

“Estadia perfeita para o que precisávamos”

The location was great, the staff were helpful, and they let us leave our luggage after check‑out so we could explore São Paulo without carrying bags. The shower was very good, and breakfast was simple but sufficient for a decent meal.

“Bom custo benefício.”

The place is well located, the room is comfortable, and breakfast is excellent. However, there are many stairs, and the rooms on the outside receive a lot of noise at night.

Only the location is good. The hotel has only stairs, which are noisy; staff chat loudly in the hallway and you can hear everything inside the rooms, and the service areas are directly in front of the rooms. I don’t recommend it and won’t return.
