The welcome was warm, the breakfast was very home‑style, and essentials like water, coffee, and juices were available all day. The location is perfect for reaching the city center in a few minutes. Luca is a reliable presence, never intrusive and always ready to help. The terrace is the cherry on top. There was nothing negative.

Luca welcomed us warmly and offered useful hints about the area; he responded quickly to any messages or information we needed. The fridge in our room had plenty of breakfast options for self‑serve. The road outside was a bit noisy, but the sound was minimal with the shutters closed. The location is great and very close to the centre, so the noise is unavoidable.
