Location was as we expected. When we arrived we were in for a shock that we had been allocated a sea view apartment but at no time were we told that the only way to get to it was via a very narrow spiral staircase which was not a good idea because of our age but after an hour we were given a ground floor bungalow but had to move halfway through our stay to the one next door which we have since found out we’re a lot cheaper so with that in mind I would like you to make some sort of refund I look forward to hearing from you in due course kind regards Richard Davies

Facilities, the pool, and proximity to the beach were great; however, we had drainage issues in the apartment where water stayed stagnant (finally fixed), and many floor tiles were loose.
