The location was spot on and the staff were really polite, but that's about where the positives end. The room was tiny, and I had to pay extra for bottled water, which wasn't ideal. The bathroom in room 4441 was a disaster - it smelled like a drain and had cockroaches crawling around. To make matters worse, I checked in at 2 AM and the bedsheets hadn't been changed, so I had to sleep on used linens all night.

This hotel's got a lot going for it - the staff are great, the service is good, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone heading to Hyderabad. That being said, the biryani they served was pretty subpar.
