“Très bonne halte idéalement située sur le GR22”
The accommodation was very comfortable and spacious, ideally located on the GR22 between Dreux and Verneuil‑sur‑Avre, in Saint‑Lubin des Joncherets at the edge of Nonacourt and very close to the Avre; communication with the owners was excellent, the breakfast was of high quality, and everything was perfect; nothing to add.
The bed was comfortable and the rooms were large, but it was a little cold when I arrived.

The vibe was super relaxed, a real private spot with plenty of space. The kids could play in the garden like they were in a castle thanks to the house’s atmosphere. The skylights were open when we arrived and there was air‑conditioning to cool us if needed, plus great towels. Basically everything was thought out to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The only thing I’d suggest is replacing the curtains with a darker, more blackout version because the light made it hard for my kids to fall asleep.
Being able to store bicycles inside was a plus, and the billiard was enjoyable, but it was a bit pricey for two people and there was no bread‑grill.
